By requesting a proposal, sponsor agrees to all the terms and conditions of The She Said Project, including, Sponsor shall not market from the stage and shall not have control above The Producer regarding the speaker selection and content of the show. Sponsor also understands that Producer is bound by all the terms and conditions of The She Said Project.
